For over a century and a half things improved from one generation to the next across Canada as more and more people gained access to education.
Now it appears that things are getting worse. Somewhere along the way we became convinced that anything other than the basics are not worthy of spending tax dollars on anymore.
Why is that? Who was it that thought public education spending should be cut to begin with?
Join us as we unravel the timeline that has brought public education in Canada to where it is today, discover the potential that the system has to offer the next generation – the first to experience “21st Century Learning”, and expose the movement that has been trying to privatize our system of learning for over 50 years.
